George started in the financial services industry in Washington DC in 1989. He moved to Memphis in 2004 to take over the firm which he reorganized as Chartwell Financial Group (CFG). With twenty years of industry experience, his vision is to build a firm with an emphasis on comprehensive planning and outstanding client service. Based on a planning process that emphasizes a relationship rather than a transaction CFG has enjoyed exceptional growth.
A graduate of the University of Virginia, George also holds the CLU® and ChFC® designations. George has served as President of NAIFA Memphis and is active with the Boys and Girls Club serving on the board of the Hickory Hill Club.
Bart is a Career Development Specialist and he is responsible for new advisor selection and development in the firm. While starting in the industry in 1991, Bart joined CFG in 2008. His focus has been on recruiting and developing new associates and coaching them as they build their practices.
Bart earned his B.B.A.. from the University of Memphis. Bart also holds the RHU designation from the American College. He is a member of NAIFA Memphis and GAMA International. He serves as a deacon in his church and is a charter member of Shelby County Hunters for the Hungry program.
Stephen started in the financial services industry in 2006 and joined CFG in 2008 as a financial representative. Stephen earned the New Associate of the Year in 2009. He is heavily involved in training in the firm in addition to building his practice. He is also involved as a joint work specialist and now adds new advisor selection and development to his responsibilities.
Stephen earned a B.A.. from Mississippi State University and he has earned the CLU® and ChFC® designations from The American College. Steve is an active triathelete. He also serves on the Board for Teen Challenge of Memphis.
Andrew joined the firm in 2010 bringing 18 years of industry expertise in investments and managed money portfolios to CFG. In addition to serving the needs of his clients, Andrew provides investment training and qualified plan design to the firm.
Andrew is a graduate of the University of Georgia and completed the Wealth Advisor’s Management program through the Wharton School of Business. He is very active with many organizations including: Make a Wish Foundation, Germantown Baseball Club, Memphis Jewish Foundation and the Memphis Jewish Community Center to name a few.
Joe joined CFG in 2006 when he relocated from Washington DC to Memphis. Joe is a National LBS Instructor and focuses his practice in the executive and medical markets. Joe has received numerous firm awards and company recognition and serves as a mentor to new associates.
Joe earned his B.A.. from the University of Maryland. He is a Certified Financial Planner, CFP®, and also has the ChFC ® designation. He is involved locally with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
Warren has 13 years of industry experience. Originally starting his practice in Jonesboro, he relocated to Little Rock in 2006 to open a CFG office there. He has been recognized twice as the Associate of the Year and has numerous company and firm awards.
Warren was recognized as a "40 under 40" recipient in 2009 by Arkansas Business, and was chosen as a Top 25 Oustanding Young Executive by Northeast Arkansas Business Today. Warren also serves the community. He serves as a board member of Leadership Little Rock, is on the board of Under Grace ministries and Ozark conference center.
Chris joined CFG in 2006 transitioning from the practice of law. He was recognized as the "New Associate of the Year" in 2007 and now serves as a mentor to new associates.
Chris received his undergraduate degree in financial management and Juris Doctorate from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. Since joining the firm, Chris has received the Certified Financial Planner, CFP designation. Chris is actively involved with The Centers for Youth and Families in Little Rock.
