Come spend the day with us. We’ll take you behind the scenes to show you how we create value for our clients. You’ll also meet with our training, education, and marketing team to gain a better understanding about compensation, benefits and expectations.

Stage Four — Career Commitment

We have learned much about each other and you have gained a real insight about a career with Chartwell Financial Group. At this stage a decision to move forward together is reached.

Stage Five — Career Prep-Builder

If you have arrived at this stage you now have the proper licenses to begin a successful career with Chartwell Financial Group. You understand the expectations of the firm and you have formulated
a business plan to execute.

Stage Six — The Fast Start Advantage

Work closely with your CFG mentor to make sure your first 90 days are successful.
