How do I get paid?
When you’re a financial representative at Chartwell Financial Group, you are an entrepreneur. You have the opportunity to build your own financial services practice, build cash equity in your own business, and cultivate clients in your own local market. What’s more, you’ll do it all on your own terms with generous support from the CFG team.
Our unique planning process and compensation plan is designed to help you weather the ups and downs of building a successful, highly sustainable financial services practice. This is especially important for those first few years that can make or break a start-up venture. While there are many facets to the compensation plan, including basic comp, renewals, fringe benefits and a defined benefit retirement plan, the system is performance based allowing each individual to maximize their income potential.

While most individuals start their career path as a financial representative, there are many different opportunities to follow as your experience and personal vision develops. If you decide to be part of a Team Practice or grow into a Specialist or Management role all those options will be available based on your development and accomplishments.
