Step One
The Information Interview
Welcome to Chartwell Financial Group! We would like to introduce you to one of the fastest-growing privately-owned, personal and business financial services organizations in the Mid-South and a general agency for The Guardian Life Insurance Company of America (Guardian). Chartwell Financial Group (GFG) has a strong commitment to assist new financial representatives with their future. What is our secret? We specialize in developing our associates' professional careers. We will guide you, so you will be introduced to the past, present and future of Chartwell Financial Group. During the information interview, you will not only learn about the dynamic long-term advantages of a career in the financial services industry, but also the short-term challenges one must endure to become successful in the industry. If you have a sincere interest in this career, and the firm decides you would be a good fit, you will be invited to start the formal interviewing process.

Step Two
Profile Testing
The profile testing phase will measure your characteristics to those that are successful in sales and the financial services industry. A career in sales can be very difficult, and many people are not prepared for its challenges. However, if your profile shows that you are a likely candidate for the financial representative position, there will be many potential growth opportunities as your career at CFG grows.

Step Three
Sales Process
Next you will learn about our sales process. Our system is unique and encompasses a holistic and integrated view of strategic wealth creation. Most often, people make financial decisions reactively, evaluating each situation as it arises without considering how it will impact their overall plan. The system we use at CFG allows clients, through self-actualization, to realize their goals and to put in place a coordinated, properly designed program...one that seeks to protect their income stream from the forces that can drain or divert it, allowing them to use their income to help create additional wealth.

Step Four
Develop a Business Plan
So you want to start your own business? Every successful financial services professional has to establish a market presence. Without one, where would you be? CFG is committed to helping you establish a robust market for yourself. We have the tools and expertise to position you in front of our target markets: professionals, business owners, the affluent, and their families. The programs and tools, when properly integrated into your business plan, will support additional sales and referrals.

Step Five
Financial Analysis
So, you have made it through the five steps of our selection process. Consider yourself among an elite and fortunate group of individuals. The final step in the process is meeting with George Moore, President of Chartwell Financial Group. Mr. Moore is responsible for building and developing Chartwell Financial Group into one of the premier financial services firms in the Mid-South. Mr. Moore will visit with you and review your knowledge and expertise on a career in the financial services industry. If approved by Mr. Moore, you will receive an offer from Chartwell Financial Group. Then, the challenge and opportunity of a lifetime really begins!
